As an Agent, you may become as involved as you like in the buying process. There are many mileposts we have established during the process. From contract and selections to customer orientation meetings and closing, our goal is to provide the customer with a great new home built the way they want it.

You are invited to participate in all these steps. However, many of our selling partners choose to let our Market Managers and Design Professionals work directly with our customers. The Agents can then use their time to obtain more listings and sales. Our top producers usually choose this route.
